I was exposed to the culinary arts at age 9 learning the restaurant business through my family’s restaurants. I have been trained by chefs from all over the world, to become immersed in various culinary cultures. Being a classically trained Chef de Cuisine with over 12 years of experience, as seen on Food Network as a 2x finalist, I desire to continue pursuing a career as a chef.
